Red Ribbon Club has been established in this institution under National AIDS Control Programme (NACP) . Red Ribbon clubs are envisaged to insist among all students in the institution values of service, develop healthy life style and adequate quantities of blood to all the needy peoples and increase Awareness on AIDS and its related issues.
OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of the Red Ribbon Club are as under-
- To spread awareness and induce thespirit in youth to help and support the HIV/AIDS people.
- To motivate and promotevoluntarily blood donation.
- To motivate youth and build their capacity to developing their skills on leadership, negotiation, and strong team building.
- To aware about sexual health including RTI/STI and HIV/AIDS.
- To Organize Competition:- Poster Making, Slogan Writing, Essay Writing.
- Purpose Activities:- Skits, Declamation Contest , Quiz, etc.
